MIDA Civils to take on the Three Peaks Challenge again
MIDA Civil Engineering LTD are set to take on the Three Peaks Challenge again on 20 September 2024. A brave group of 10 climbers from the company will be climbing the highest peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) – a total walking distance of 23 miles, an ascent of 3,064 metres and 462 miles of driving, ALL within a 24-hour period!
This year, MIDA are choosing to donate in memory of one of our own, Pat Murphy. Pat was a much-loved member of the MIDA family and more importantly the Murphy family.
His hard work and dedication witnessed every day at MIDA will be at the forefront for those climbing this year which will certainly help in those tough moments. Pat will be so dearly missed by so many. We plan to raise and donate money in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
