A 133 unit residential housing scheme in the village of Westoning, Bedfordshire.
What challenges are we facing?
The build programme has been devised alongside the client, and considers the extensive earthworks operations that have to take place to enable plot groundworks to commence.
The extensive groundworks are taking place alongside two sets of overhead cables and a buried medium pressure gas main.
What are we delivering?
We are delivering 133 plots, associated infrastructure and S278 works.
