Towcester Vale – David Wilson Homes

MIDA engaged with the client at an early stage on delivery of 163 plots and associated infrastructure. Our early involvement has enabled us to work towards valued engineered solutions on the tanking and retaining wall system. The development is part of a wider scheme on the outskirts of Towcester.

The site presents challenges logistically due to the vast level differences from parcel to parcel. In areas, we are faced with ground level variances of over 18 meters. As well as the general engineering challenges that must be overcome, logistically the site needs to be planned and managed to accommodate the level challenges.

We are delivering a comprehensive infrastructure package, encompassing residential plot development, extensive carriageway construction, installation of advanced storm and foul drainage systems, and the construction of retaining walls.
