Update on MIDA’s new head office and service yard in Maulden
Work on MIDA Civil Engineering Ltd’s new head office and service yard in Maulden is progressing well and is well on track for occupation in early Spring 2024.
The main office building’s steel frame structure has been completed and the external cladding and roofing has commenced. Throughout September we will be completing the external façade, with the roof, cladding and windows fully installed.
We will also be commencing the first fix M&E and drylining. The plant yard shell will be complete by the end of August, inclusive of the roller shutter doors, pedestrian doors and windows.
Through September and October we will complete the internal fit out. We will then move on to complete the external yard areas and fencing.
