MIDA Civils to take on the Jurassic Coast Challenge for Macmillan

This May (17-18th), a determined team from MIDA Civil Engineering Ltd will be taking on the Jurassic Coast Challenge – one of Britain’s most iconic and breathtaking coastlines.

The 10-strong team will push their limits across rugged terrain and steep cliffs, all to raise vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The challenge begins at the historic Corfe Castle, continues along the scenic route through Swanage and past the world-famous Durdle Door, culminating in a well-earned celebration at the finish line in Bridport.
MIDA has chosen Macmillan Cancer Support as the beneficiary of this challenge. As one of the UK’s largest and most respected charities, Macmillan provides specialist healthcare, information, and financial support to people living with cancer. With over 3 million people in the UK currently affected – a number expected to rise to 4 million by 2030 – Macmillan’s work is more crucial than ever.
James Brown, MIDA’s Operations Director said:
“We’re taking on this challenge not only for the adventure, but because cancer touches so many lives — including those close to our team. Macmillan’s support changes lives, and we’re proud to do our part to give back.”
