December update on MIDA’s new head office in Maulden
MIDA Civil Engineering Ltd’s new office premises in Maulden is now only six-weeks away from completion.
The building fabric is fully complete and interior decoration has commenced. After the Christmas break, MIDA will be completing the external works to the car park and plant storage yard, commissioning the extensive M&E systems, and installing the furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
The building has been constructed using the latest energy efficient systems; with air source heat pumps and a full heat recovery system employed in lieu of mains gas heating, and solar PV being used to power EV chargers for staff.
The company is very much looking forward to occupying the building in early Spring, allowing the team to collaborate in an open plan, versatile space.
