Groundworker Apprenticeship Programme
MIDA are pleased to launch our first Groundworker Apprenticeship Programme!
We are hiring groundworker apprentices to start in August 2025. This is your opportunity to gain a qualification as a groundworker while gaining industry experience and earning as you learn.
Our apprentices will undergo 2 weeks of intensive hands-on training at an NHBC training hub, and then start work onsite with our MIDA team. They will return to the training hub every 5-6 weeks for blocks of intensive learning.

A Work & Development Programme designed for candidates eager to learn and develop while they earn, with the goal of achieving an NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks.
Entry Requirements
- Applicants who hold a full driving license is desirable.
- Available to start from Thursday, 8th August 2025.
- 18-month apprenticeship
- Competitive apprentices pay and holiday entitlement.
