MIDA Launches Groundworker Apprenticeship Programme

MIDA Civil Engineering Ltd is excited to announce the launch of its Groundworker Apprenticeship Programme, which will see apprentices commencing in August 2025.

The programme reflects MIDA’s commitment to investing in the next generation of civil engineering professionals and offers aspiring apprentices the opportunity to earn while they learn, combining practical industry experience with formal training to achieve an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Groundworks.

The 18-month programme begins with two weeks of intensive hands-on training at an NHBC training hub. Apprentices will then integrate into MIDA’s onsite teams, returning to the training hub every 5-6 weeks for further comprehensive learning.
