MIDA Civils conquer Three Peaks and exceed fundraising target for KidsOut charity
Last month marked a momentous achievement for MIDA Civil Engineering Ltd. Embracing the spirit of challenge and commitment, the team took on the demanding Three Peaks Challenge to raise awareness and fundraise for KidsOut, the Fun & Happiness Charity.
From the rugged terrains of Scotland to the breathtaking summits of England and Wales, MIDA’s journey spanned 10,052ft in just over 24 hours – an extremely challenging feat, testament to the team’s collective resilience.
Powered on by MIDA’s incredible supporters, the original fundraising goal of £10,000 has been exceeded and MIDA are humbled and thrilled to announce the total now stands at over £14,000 – generously contributed by over 140 individuals, organisations and businesses.
James Brown, HSEQT Director, reflected on the experience:
“The experience was more than just a physical challenge. It mirrored our ethos of pushing boundaries and striving for excellence. We’re immensely grateful for the unwavering support from our clients, partners, friends and families. The money raised will dramatically help the children that KidsOut support.”
